The brochure "Heritage Walks – Auckland Engineering Heritage" was published in 2006 and has been well received with thousands of locals and visitors walking the trails. Created by IPENZ as a way to showcase and promote Auckland’s rich engineering heritage it is now into its second print run of 10,000 copies.

Koordinates, under it's former name of One Track Mind, approached IPENZ to create a digital representation of the brochure in late 2006. IPENZ agreed and Koordinates set to work using their RegionWide technology. Not content to just reproduce the brochure they set out to contast how Auckland has evolved around the heritage locations and to show that after decades, the heritage locations were still highly recognisable parts of the central Auckland landscape.
